Susan K. Dunn   

Susan began her Real Estate career with D.F. Hanley Agencies Ltd. in 1973, her first job after graduationg from Vic High School. She worked through the different positions from Reception to Conveyance to Bookkeeping. In 1984, she decided that it was time and passed the exam to become a licensed Realtor with DFH Real Estate Ltd. She was an MLS award winning salesperson until she became a manager in 1994. With her experience in all aspects of Real Estate, Susan enjoys helping both the new licensees and our experienced people, find their way in this business. She truly cares about the people we have at DFH and is willing to help them in any way to be successful and to reach their personal and professional goals.

Susan is a well known and respected member of the Victoria Real Estate Board and has served on various committees at the Board over the past 20 years. She believes in giving back to the community and is a past member of Habitat for Humanity (Family Selection Committee) for 5 years and helped with a few builds too.  She is a past board member of Child Find of Victoria for 5 years and has organized the annual DFH Child Find ID Clinic, held at our 3 offices for the past 10 years. She is currently on the Cordova Bay Sub-Committee concerned with road safety and sidewalks.

Susan is proud to be a true local - being born and raised in Victoria. She has a passion for gardening and animals. She's been a long-term member of the Victoria Horticultural Society and enjoys going on their weekly garden tours. Her love of animals and the fair treatment of animals is evidenced by her generosity to animal and wildlife organizations.
